Registration
Registration will be opened when notification of acceptance has been sent out(15 March 2012). At least one Author of each paper that has been accepted for publication is required to register for the ROCOND12 symposium. Click here to go the registration website
In the acceptance mail there will be a link to the registration site. Registration and payment must be completed before the camera ready manuscript can be uploaded.
Please note that there is a manual validation of the registration before paper upload becomes possible. Thank you for your patience.
When registration is completed the participant will receive a receipt by email. Up to two working days after the reception of the receipt, it will be possible to upload the final camera ready manuscript to PaperPlaza.
Please note that the deadline for early registration is May 7; Later registrations are more expensive. Please note that late registration via the website is still required to attend the Symposium even in case the attendee is not going to present a paper. We do not accept onsite registrations due to creditcard complications.
Participants who need an invitation letter for their visa application should contact the conference secretariat.

The Information Desk will be located at the entrance level of Europahallen and open during the following hours:

Full registration fee includes:
- access to technical sessions
- tea/coffee breaks
- full lunches
- welcome and opening receptions
- symposium banquet
as well as online access to the symposium preprints, including the final program.
Student registration does not include banquet and welcome reception. Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution. Registration as a Student requires the student to state the name of the university professor who is acting as the student's advisor.
Guest ticket includes a lunch and tea/coffee breaks.
